Kings Cross B3 - Office Fit-Out (for KIER & Weedon’s)

Kings Cross B3, a 22,800 sqm project, has been described as a Grade A office space and a new highly accessible public leisure facility. This building is one of the first inner-city buildings in the UK to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ sustainability rating. The building has been designed to maximise the environmental benefits of its location. 

 

Calanpoint works included; bespoke reception desks with a Corian finish; reception panels; free standing cupboards / recycling point with lacquered goalpost style surround and acoustic fabric feature panel; tea points with a lacquered goal post surround, all cupboards, appliances, Corian and back painted glass rear panels; 12m long photocopy enclosure with a goal post surround and acoustic fabric feature panels.
